The microclimate there, rich in valuable microelements, positively affects the body through breathing and absorption of salt through the skin. Additionally, walking on salt massages the receptors on the feet. Sessions are suitable for people of all ages, including children and pregnant women. They help clear the respiratory pathways, especially for those exposed to smog, as well as reduce stress and support good well-being.
