SALT CAVE

A natural way to boost immunity, improve concentration, and support the treatment of many ailments. The microclimate prevailing there, rich in valuable microelements, positively affects the body through breathing and absorption of salt through the skin. Additionally, walking on salt massages the receptors on the feet. The sessions are suitable for people of all ages, including children and pregnant women. They help cleanse the respiratory tract, especially for those exposed to smog, and also reduce stress and support good well-being.

MASSAGE ROOMS - RELAXATION ZONE

In the rush of daily duties, it is worth finding a moment for yourself. The relaxation massage room at AQUA Residence by GRANO is the perfect place to unwind in an intimate atmosphere. Massage helps reduce stress, improves circulation, facilitates falling asleep, and alleviates muscle pain. Treatments are charged additionally and require prior reservation. The AQUA Residence by GRANO in Szklarska Poręba is an ideal place for skiers, located 280 m from Ski Arena Szrenica – the largest ski resort in the Polish Karkonosze with 12 km of slopes. Beginners can use the Pietkiewiczówka slope (1.5 km), offering a ski school and equipment rental. Nearby are also Czech resorts like Harrachov (15 km) and Rokytnice nad Jizerou (27 km). After a day on the slopes, guests can relax in the wellness area with a jacuzzi and sauna, as well as make use of the equipment rental and ski lessons.

CYCLING
